All of our cushion inserts are made right here in Yorkshire from foam and Dacron wadding manufactured in the UK!

Quick Guide to measuring for your new foam Sofa Cushions
We usually recommend NOT using your existing cushion inners as a guide. This is due to the fact the existing inners are usually not a good indication of the size of foam required as they will have become misshapen over time. Instead, we would suggest removing your current inner and measuring the covers on their own.
Measurements required when ordering your new foam are, width, length and thickness. When measuring for each of these hold your cover taught and measure from seem to seem or between the piping (if piped) around the edge of the casing.
Foam is a personal choice and because of this we would usually suggest a visit to our workshop to try out our sample station and see what works best for you. However, if this isn’t something you can do, we can always offer helpful and informative guidance on foam grades that would best suit your needs. We offer a range of sofa base cushion foams and would always suggest a soft foam for a sofa back as less pressure is applied here when sitting.
